How large is your capital improvement budget? Does it allow for the replacement of all the things you need for your facility? Would you be interested in learning more in-depth ways to get more years out of your component equipment? This month we’re going to address pumps.
For over 30 years, we have been in the business of saving your money. By putting a protective coating on your pumps they will be saved from the effects of corrosion and erosion. Over time, this means capital improvement budgets are not disturbed or as in the case of one of our customers the money was returned to the general fund.
Belzona 1311 (Ceramic R-Metal) is used to rebuild any severely worn areas such as impeller blades, holed casings and heavy pitting. Then Belzona 1321 (Ceramic S-Metal) is used to overcoat and protect the substrate. This is a permanent solution to buying new pumps every few years since non-metallic materials are not prone to the corrosion reactions that metallic substrates experience. After all, if you want a different outcome, you need to do something different!
We look forward to helping you repair, protect and improve your component equipment.
We hope you’ll take advantage of our services and experience in these applications.
